The Girls Recreational pathway is aligned with the foundation skills of Women's Artistic Gymnastics. Starting with foundation elements on floor and vault, gymnasts progress onto more advanced apparatus such as Beam and Asymmetric Bars.
The girls Recreational pathway is designed to give our gymnasts a clear pathway that is fun and stress free.
The pathway is is split into grades, each of which has a number of skills, or a level of conditioning. Once the gymnast has shown the necessary proficiency they will be presented with an award for that grade.
Recreational Girls Sessions are:
Sundays from 10:00 until 11:00
Sundays from 11:00 until 11:45
