The Boys Recreational pathway is aligned with the foundation skills of Men's Artistic Gymnastics. Starting with foundation elements on floor and vault, gymnasts progress onto more advanced skills such as High Bar and Rings.
The boys Recreational pathway is designed to give our gymnasts a clear pathway that is fun and stress free.
The pathway is is split into grades, each of which has a number of skills, or a level of conditioning. Once the gymnast has shown the necessary proficiency they will be presented with an award for that grade.
Recreational Boys Sessions are Sundays from 11:00 until 11:45
